Delivery / Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Following are the terms and conditions of our delivery and shipping policy.

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays, Mondays or holidays.

From time to time we may experience high volumes of orders, extending possible processing time by 24 hours. If for some reason there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via phone or email.

Delivery time:
Delivery time is dependent on the availability of the product you are ordering and location of delivery. Please contact our 2.0 Customer Care department directly for specific order availability.

In North Carolina, delivery is primarily serviced by our transportation company, CGA Home Delivery. Delivery days are dependent on the location of the delivery and the availability of the product. If ordering in store, a Mattress 2.0 Sleep Consultant will offer you several days that are available for delivery. We will provide a 2 to 3 hour time window for your delivery the day prior to the delivery. In addition, you will receive a call with your time window for delivery the day before your scheduled delivery date. The delivery team will also call when they have completed the stop before yours to let you know that they are on the way to your home.

If ordering in store, you will also have the option to pick up the products you are purchasing. Your 2.0 Sleep Consultant will give you information on where you can pick up products from. If a product is available for pickup at the Mattress 2.0 Greensboro Warehouse, you will be given the address and date your products will be available. You will be able to visit the warehouse Tuesday through Saturday. If the product you are purchasing is available at another Mattress 2.0 showroom location, the 2.0 Sleep Consultant will direct you to the location where your product can be picked up. Our store locations are open for pick up during normal business hours Monday-Friday 10AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM-8PM, and Sunday 12AM-5PM, excluding holidays.

Most products are available to ship within 7 days of the date the order is processed. Some items will ship in 24 hours, others in a couple days, and others will take several weeks, especially custom orders. We ship orders as soon as the product is available.

In-Home Delivery. It is our desire your delivery process go as smoothly as possible. Our professional team will set up your new products and remove the old mattress and foundation, provided they are in clean and sanitary condition. Please be prepared for your delivery by removing all linens from your current set, and ensuring that there is a clear path to the room. Furniture, waterbeds, adjustable bases, and bed frames cannot be moved or removed.
